EBCO closed the sale of multiple leases for Hennessey, OK-based Beck Resources, Inc during March of 2019. On March 14, EBCO closed the sale of the Hoge 1-27 and 2-27 located in Garfield County, Oklahoma for a price of $60,000. The buyer was Gilliland Oil & Gas, Inc. based in Hennessey, Oklahoma. The second closing occurred on March 26 for the sale of the Lowenhaupt 1-31 located in Garfield County, Oklahoma for a price of $65,000. The buyer was Gilliland Oil & Gas, Inc., as well.
Both closings occurred at Beck Resources office in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. Present were Terry Beck, owner of Beck Resources, Steve Gilliland, owner of Gilliland Oil & Gas, Damon Seiger, who operates and owns interests in several of the Gilliland Oil & Gas wells and representing EBCO were partners Paul and Philip Smart.
Though signing of the closing documents occurred in a manner of moments, time was devoted to discussing family and fast cars.
