EBCO is a full-service marketing company and acts as the agent in sale and purchase of mid-continent oil and gas assets.
EBCO is based in Edmond, Oklahoma and serves independent oil & gas operators located throughout the Midwest.
You provide us the well data and we package it in a format that is easy for buyers to evaluate and quickly determine the value of your assets. Here is what we can provide for you.
- Well Data Profile.
In a single document, we list the attributes of each lease including that property name, the operator, well location, API number, working and net revenue interests, revenue,
production, oil & gas purchaser, field, formation, depth, date of initial production, upside potential and more. We gather this data from public source and
seller-provided information.
- Lease Operating Statement (LOS).
We use our own form of LOS which we build in Excel. It includes the lease's production, gross revenue, production taxes, expenses, and net revenue to the seller's interest.
The seller provides the purchaser's statements and expenses and we do the rest.
- Decline curves, Production history, & Location maps.
We generate those from public source data and prepare them in an easy-to-view format.
- Database.
We maintain a database of thousands of producers located across the Midwest, Rockies and Gulf Coast Regions.
We deploy mass-marketing email campaigns this group of potential buyers when marketing sellers' assets.
- Data room.
You are just a few clicks away from viewing the data for the listings that we currently have online. If you are not a "Registered User" when you click the link to
"View Well Data" a drop down message will appear asking you to please sign in. We provide you with a Registration form that identifies you as a potential bidder.
- Closing the sale.
Once the reserve price is met or exceeded, we provide the buyer with an invoice. The invoice will include
a) the purchase price,
b) the buyer's premium,
c) the sales tax, and
d) the recording fees including the cost to file and record the assignments and the cost of filing any state documents.
All of the documents are filed buy us.
