EBCO assisted with the sale of select Lincoln and Logan County oil and gas properties owned by Bear Energy, LLC. The leases were operated, working interests and produced approximately 65 barrels of oil per day and 1,600 MCF per day. The buyer was Express Oil and Gas, LLC based in Oklahoma City.
The package consisted of multiple wells located in the Coyle South field in central Oklahoma.
The sale was conducted through private negotiations.
