During the first two quarters of 2025, EBCO has sold 5 packages of operated oil and gas properties for D-Mil Production, Inc. and Miller Oil Properties, Inc. with both companies being owned by W. Dale Miller based in Argyle, Texas. Four of the packages consisted of Oklahoma properties while the fifth was a Texas package. This liquidation was part of a strategy by Mr. Miller to begin his exit from the oil and gas industry./p>
The counties covered in these sales include Garvin, Grady, McClain, and Stephens in Oklahoma and Harris, Jackson, and Liberty in Texas. About 53 companies actively participated in the bid process, which means they visited EBCO's data room, performed their due-diligence and submitted bids. In addition to EBCO providing all of the well data electronically, Mr. Miller made available hard copy well files at his Texas office.
In each transaction, EBCO closed the sale including preparing and filing assignments, and completing and filing Form 1073s in Oklahoma. Closings occurred both in person at the buyer's office and remotely.
