EBCO has sold the Sissy Tiger 3 and Fannie Chalakee SWD for Elite Resources, Inc. (“Elite”). This operated lease is located in Okfuskee, County, OK just southeast of Okemah, OK and is operated by Elite. It produces about 4 BOPD and holds a 100% working interest and 78% net revenue interest. The purchase price was $120,000.
The lease, which began producing in the early 1980s has an extremely flat production curve. It produces from the Gilcrease formation from a depth of about 2,800 feet.
This is the second time Elite has sold through EBCO with the first time being in October of 2019 when EBCO sold the Cromwell lease, also located in Okfuskee, County to Antlers Energy, LLC.
